1. Services

1.1 Coaching Sessions

We offer one-on-one spiritual coaching sessions aimed at personal transformation and growth. Sessions are provided live or via video call.

1.2 Workshops and Retreats

Our workshops and retreats provide immersive experiences in spiritual practice and community.

Refund Policy for Services

One-on-One Coaching: You may request a refund or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

Workshops and Retreats: Due to limited capacity and advance planning, all deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another individual or to a future event if you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval.

2. Infoproducts

We offer digital guides, audio courses, and video series for purchase and immediate access.

Refund Policy for Infoproducts

All infoproducts are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no download or streaming has occurred. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. After the 7-day period or once access is used, all sales are final.

3. Goods

Physical items such as journals, crystals, and ritual tools are available for shipping to your address.

Refund Policy for Goods

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees for services, infoproducts, and goods are listed in Canadian dollars and are payable at the time of purchase. We accept major credit or debit cards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SpiritLeaderCA.com, including text, images, and audio, is owned by SpiritLeaderCA or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiritLeaderCA, its officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
